How do I get my Coupon Value Booklet (Season Pass benefits)?

Your coupons will be issued on your first visit to the park, once you process your card. At this moment each season pass holder will receive a copie of the booklet. Your discounts and coupons are only valid at La Ronde and will be issued only once. Be careful not to lose them!

What kind of food does the park have?
A wide variety of food  is available in our restaurants you can get Lebanese, Indian, Italian and Asian dishes. We also offer a large variety of classics: from hamburgers and fries to chicken or pizza, there are eateries for every taste conveniently located throughout the park. Salads are available, plus delicious treats such as Beaver Tails and ice cream. Can I bring my selfie stick into the park?
Selfie sticks, monopods and similar devices are not allowed inside Six Flags parks.

PARK INFORMATION

Is smoking permitted in the park?
Six Flags allows smoking only in areas identified as designated smoking areas. All other areas in the parks are smoke-free, and smoking is strictly prohibited. E-cigarettes may only be used in designated smoking areas. Please note that we do not sell cigarettes in the park.

Do you rent strollers and wheelchairs?
Stroller and wheelchair rentals are available on a first come, first served basis and can be found after our rental kiosks near our main gates. To rent these items, a valid driver's license, or major credit card may be required. Some rentals may require a deposit. Additional fee required.

Does La Ronde have ATMs?
There are ATMs located throughout the park. Please refer to our park map to know their location.

Is there a place to store my personal belongings inside the park?
Electronic, PIN CODE Access, lockers are located near the main gate, next to the turnstiles. All-day locker rentals are available and are rent on a first come, first served basis. Lockers accept both dollar bills and credit cards. The fees are $13 for a big locker and $9 for a small locker.

What happens if I lose something while at the park?
Lost and Found is located at our Guest service desk near our main gate. Riders are responsible for any items left on ride platforms. Please secure all loose articles before boarding. Six Flags is not responsible for any lost, stolen or broken items. Items will be retrieved from ride areas when the park closes and kept at Lost and Found. For details on the procedures to follow to recover your lost item, please see our ''Lost and found'' page here.

Is it possible to leave my shopping bags somewhere without having to use a locker?                                                                                                                 When you make a purchase in one of our souvenir shops, you can leave your shopping bags for the day and come pick them up upon departure. Pickup locations are situated at the rental counter (main entrance) and at the Boutique du Village (village entrance). This will allow you to enjoy your day unemcumbered by your shopping bags! Applicable in all La Ronde souvenir shops. With purchase only.

What happens if it rains?
Rides may be closed temporarily during electrical storms, heavy rain, or high winds. Rides will reopen as soon as safe operations can be assured. Refunds or rain checks for inclement weather are not offered. Most food concessions and boutiques remain open.

What kind of safety restrictions are there for rides?
Safety is our top priority. Therefore, some guests may be denied access to some rides if their safety is compromised due to their weight, size, mobility or any other guideline provided by manufacturers. You can learn more about ride restructions for people with limite mobility here. Contact us for questions. There is an inherent risk to using rides so we expect our guests to use their good jugment and act responsibly. All riders must comply with our regulations and manfufacturers' guidelines as well as any employee verbal or oral warning. Individuals who do not comply with our rules and guidelines can be expelled from the park without refund, exchange or compensation.

Our party consists of adults and small children. What can we do if we want to ride roller coasters like the Goliath?
Don't split your group when a child can't or does not want to ride a ride, use Baby Swap! Half of your party stays together and goes through the ride line. The other half wait by the exit line with small children. When preparing to board the ride, notify the attendant that you'd like to use Baby Swap. One person rides, while the other stays with the child. When they return, the swap takes place; allowing the other person to ride while the child waits with the other guardian.

How can guests with limited mobility access rides?
Please click here to view our Guests with Disabilities Guide. To enjoy your experience, start your day by visiting us at the Information Desk at the main entrance. We will help you make a list of the rides accessible to the person concerned. Persons with auditory, visual or other impairments that may impair the understanding of the safety instructions must notify the ride attendant prior to boarding. Contact us for any questions.

May I bring my own food and beverages at the park?
No outside food, beverages or coolers are allowed to be brought into La Ronde. However, we do offer picnic areas just outside the park which are available for your party to eat outside food. Tables are available on a first come, first serve basis. In addition, guests can leave food and personal items in their car or in one of the lockers located near the main gate. The lockers are available on a first come first serve basis as well. Exceptions are made for Guests with dietary needs to include food allergies and baby food/formula. Guest should contact Park Security when they arrive at the Park for approval to bring in special dietary foods. The special dietary food containers will be marked and dated to clearly show that they have been approved for entry into the park.

 

What is the official height measurement procedure to board the rides?
Start your day by stopping by the Guest Relations Services Counter (Comptoir de renseignements) near the main entrance to ensure your experience at La Ronde will be fun and pleasant. A member of our team will give you a list of rides that are accessible to your child. We will measure your child and give you an ID bracelet with a visual representation of his/her height to facilitate the procedures at every ride. For security reasons, rides’ attendants have the final say about the height of the guests. Please note that guests must wear shoes at all time and that your child will, therefore, be measured wearing his/her shoes (appropriate sneakers or sandals).

What is the Flash Pass and how does it work?
The Flash Pass is an electronic reservation system that keeps your place in line at certain rides while you’re having fun in other attractions. Get more information on the various options of the Flash Passes that are available in limited quantity on the site and are not included in the price of the general admission daily ticket.

Do you have any suggestions should a person be separated from your group?
Plan a time and a specific place where to go should a person of your group get lost. For example, at the foot of the Spirale or near the water ponds at the main gate, or at the Fort Edmonton Saloon are good locations. Unfortunately, we can’t make intercom calls. We suggest that you leave messages at the Information Counter for the person that got separated from the group. In fact, it’s at that counter that lost children are brought to wait for a parent of an accompanying person to come and get them. To avoid such problems, upon your arrival at La Ronde, our security agents will offer bracelets for your child/children. Write your cellular number on the bracelet. This way if your child gets lost, our team can quickly contact you. Those bracelets are available upon request from our security agents and at the Guest Relations Services Counter (Comptoir de renseignements).

What’s the procedure if I have to leave for personal reasons and want to come back?
Any guest that leaves the park and plans to return that same day must have his/her hand stamped by a customer service agent at the exit BEFORE going through the turnstiles (this also applies to all season passport holders). When re-entering the park, the guest must present his/her ticket or passport at the turnstile and show the appropriate stamp. Restamping constitutes a violation of La Ronde’s policies and is strictly forbidden. A passport can be scanned only once a day. It is therefore very important to get a re-entering stamp before leaving the park.

Is there a dress code at La Ronde?
In keeping with our family-friendly environment, and for health and safety reasons, La Ronde enforces a strict dress code. Proper attire must be worn at all times, including shirts and appropriate footwear. Clothing or tattoos with offensive language or graphics as well as swimsuits are not permitted at any time. Park admission may be denied to any person wearing clothing that is considered inappropriate by management. Click here to consult our detailed policies and rules.

What is La Ronde’s policy concerning alcoholic beverages?
Alcoholic beverages cannot be brought into La Ronde. It is, however, possible to buy some at various points of sale in the park. Excessive consumption of alcoholic beverages may lead to expulsion from the park, without any refund or compensation. Guests under 18 years old are prohibited from drinking alcohol. ID cards must be produced when buying alcoholic beverages. It is also forbidden to consume alcohol in La Ronde’s parking lots. Click here to consult our detailed policies and rules.

What types of objects are forbidden on La Ronde’s premises?
Hard coolers, rollerblades, skateboards, bicycles, segways, motorcycle helmets, knives, cans, glass containers, etc. Click here to consult our detailed policies and rules.

Are pets allowed at La Ronde?

PRICES AND ADMISSION

When buying my 2-passport package, can I include a person under 1.37 m?
Yes. The 2-season-passport package is for two people of 1.37 m or taller, but you can also use it for people under 1.37 m.

Can I buy more than 2 passports?
Yes. It’s possible to buy a maximum of 12 season passports per transaction.

When I buy my 2-passport package, do the two people must come together at La Ronde for the photo and issuance of their individual laminated passport?

No. They can present themselves individually at La Ronde. However, a person of 18 years or older must accompany a child.

What are the current ticket prices?

Why should I buy a passport instead of a daily ticket?
La Ronde passports have never been offered at such an affordable price! Click here for all the details.

What does the daily ticket for La Ronde include?
With a daily ticket or a passport, guests have access to the park, the rides, and free-admission shows. Paying games and attractions such as the Catapulte, the Sling Shot and others are not included.

Does my child need a ticket or a passport?
Admission is free for children 2 years or younger. From 3 years old, all guests need a daily ticket or a passport.

Does La Ronde offer group discounts?
You can get a group rate (more than 10 people) and enjoy catering service in our picnic area that will be reserved for you. For more information, visit the “Groups” page of our website by clicking here.

How much does parking cost?

Is there a discount for people that don’t wish to board the rides?
No. Six Flags maintains a flat price that includes all the rides. Only women that are visibly pregnant and people of 60 years or older (on presentation of an ID card) may buy a ticket at a reduced price.

What should I do if I have an unused passport that has expired?
Passports purchased at La Ronde or online cannot be used after their expiration date, and are no longer valid for the current season.

What should I do if I lose my passport?
Present yourself at the Guest Relations Services Counter with an ID card to get a duplicate of your season passport at the cost of $15. This service is offered only once per season. If you lose this duplicate, you will have to get a new season passport at the full current price.

What should I do if I forget my passport?
Present yourself at the Guest Relations Services Counter with an ID card to get a “forgotten-season-passport” ticket at the cost of $10. However, a guest can only take advantage of this service once during the summer. So, make sure you don’t leave home without your passport!

How can I get the coupon booklet that is exclusive to passport holders?
You can pick up your coupon booklet, including free admission tickets for your friends, upon your first visit at La Ronde in 2017.

Is my passport transferable?
Under any circumstances can a person other than the legitimate holder use a season passport. Doing so will be considered a fraud, and both the passport holder and the offender may be denied admission to the park for an indefinite period and risk a lawsuit. Offenders will be expelled from the site, and the season passport will be canceled, without any refund. They may also face a criminal prosecution and a civil lawsuit. Can I use my passport at other Six Flags parks?
Yes! You can use your passport at other Six Flags theme parks once you are registered. You must first come to La Ronde to register your passport and get it activated. Otherwise, you won’t be able to use it in other parks. Should you plan to visit a park before the season opens at La Ronde, contact us and we’ll tell you what to do. Also, you can consult the list of Six Flags parks where the season passports are accepted by clicking here.

Does La Ronde sell gift cards?
You can buy tickets or passports online or (at regular prices) or at La Ronde main gates, and offer them as gifts throughout the season. Also, you can buy a prepaid card for a daily ticket at certain partner businesses.

What are the possible methods of payment?
La Ronde accepts cash (in Canadian and U.S. dollars), credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover), debit cards, Apple Pay and traveller’s cheques. Please note however that some restaurants do not accept cash in U.S. dollars. (There are cash teller machines at several locations in the park.)

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Ensure you’ve selected the tickets or passports that you want to buy before confirming your transaction since no exchange, refund or compensation will be offered. Also, no exchange, refund or compensation is offered due to bad weather, a mechanical breakdown, early closing, etc.

TICKETS BOUGHT ONLINE

Before making any purchase:

  • Ensure that your printer is connected.
  • Make sure that your ink cartridges are full and working well.
  • Before finalizing a purchase, make sure to verify your selection since we do not offer any exchange, refund or compensation.
  • The agents that can help complete your ticket purchase cannot process refunds under any circumstances.
  • Our tickets are not transferable. A ticket bought for La Ronde will be accepted only at La Ronde, and won’t be accepted at other Six Flags parks.
  • Tickets bought for special events are only accepted the day of the specific event.
  • As for the fireworks tickets, you can use them as daily tickets during the season for which they were purchased. However, if you do not come on the date mentioned on the ticket, you won’t be entitled to your seated place to watch the fireworks.

How can I print my tickets purchased online?
The “Print and Enter” technology allows you to print your ticket at home and avoid waiting in line at the cash wickets and go directly to turnstiles!

  • You can assign a name to each ticket before printing them.
  • You will be asked to register each ticket once your purchase is completed by clicking on the “Print and Enter” logo that appears on the Purchase Confirmation screen.
  • If you don’t know who will be using the tickets or the passports, fill in the required fields by entering your coordinates for each of the passports. A park clerk will be able to enter passport holders’ own coordinates upon their first visit of the seaon. For security reasons, including online fraud, when passing through the turnstiles, the guest must present an ID card with photo to ensure the name corresponds to the one mentioned on the ticket.

What should I do if I can’t print the tickets I purchased online?
Please check your printer:

  • Make sure your printer is connected.
  • Make sure your ink cartridges are full and work well.

If you are unable to print your tickets, go to the Guest Relations Services Counter to get them printed. Make sure to bring the credit card you’ve used for the purchase, plus an ID card as well as your confirmation number. Be aware however that there may be a lineup, particularly at the opening of the season.

How do I consult my electronic receipt and print my tickets using the “Print and Enter” feature?

Once you’ve completed your purchase, you will receive an email. Keep this email – it will allow you to access your electronic receipt. To check your electronic receipt, enter the last four digits of your credit card and your phone number, including the area code. When your receipt appears on screen, click on the link to this effect to print your order.

What happens if I lose my “Print and Enter” tickets?

If you lose your tickets, print them again by following the instructions you’ll find on your electronic receipt. If you don’t have this receipt in hand, go to the Guest Relations Services Counter at La Ronde entrance, and one of our clerks will look it up for you. Please take note that there may be a lineup to access this type of service, especially early in the day. Make sure to bring the credit card you’ve used to make the purchase, the confirmation number, and an ID document.

Can I pick up my tickets at La Ronde main gates?
This service is not offered at the moment because it would cause long delays at the Guest Relations Services Counter. If you have problems printing your tickets, you can come to the Guest Relations Services Counter where a clerk will print them for you. As mentioned above, there may be a lineup for that type of service, especially early in the day. Make sure to bring the credit card you’ve used for the purchase, the confirmation number, and an ID document.

If I have a problem with my online ticket orders, who should I contact?
