Concert Frequently Asked Questions

In addition to the most thrilling rides on the planet, you'll find a wide variety of Concerts playing right here at the park! We know you have questions, and we love answering them. Here are some of the questions we are asked most frequently:
 

1.  Where can we call to get information?  I've tried to call, and no one answers, or I keep getting voicemail.

For general park information, start with the Plan Your Visit area of the website. Due to the significant call volume that we receive on special event days our operators remain busy for the better part of the day and the website is the best resource for information.  

2.  Where can I get information online?

The FAQ page is located under the Plan Visit tab on the top of this web page. The Plan Visit tab also has selections for Park Hours, Guest Relations, Park Policies, Directions, etc. 

3.  Do I have to pay parking if I am just going to pick up my season pass?

Yes, however, if you have a Gold Season Pass or Gold Membership, parking is included in your pass. If you have a regular Season Pass you can purchase a Season Parking Pass for $74.99. Please call the Guest Service Line at 636-938-5300 ext 6600 if you have more questions.

4.  Where do I get my season pass?

Season Passes can be purchased online, at the park, or at Dierberg’s. All Season Passes must be processed at the front gate during the first visit to Six Flags St. Louis. For further assistance, please call the Guest Service Line at 636-938-5300 ext 6600.

5.  Where do I get my concert tickets?

Concert tickets may be purchased online or at the Six Flags Box Office inside the Palace Theatre during regularly scheduled operating days/hours at the Box Office in the Palace Theatre.

6.  Where do I pick up my free season pass concert tickets?

For 2017, Gold Pass Holders and Gold Pass Members will be able to pick up their FREE concert ticket on any regularly scheduled operating day between Noon & 6 PM. Regular Season Pass Holders may pick up a free general or lawn ticket the day of the show only. Free concert tickets will be available on a first come, first serve basis in the Silver & Lawn sections (One FREE General Silver Seating or Lawn concert ticket per Season Pass). Please note, that FREE tickets will be subject to availability. You may, however, still purchase concert tickets in advance on-line at sixflags.com or at the park beginning March 25. 

All Season Pass Holders will be able to purchase Preferred Seating and General Seating Concert Tickets at a discount rate. This discount is only available at the park and not online.  We look forward to seeing you at all of our exciting concerts in 2017!

 7.  Do I have to pay shipping/added processing fees for tickets I get online?  Can I just pick them up at the park to save added costs?

If you purchase your concert tickets online shipping and processing fees will apply. However, you can purchase your concert tickets at the park to avoid the shipping and processing fee during regularly scheduled operating days/hours at the Box Office in the Palace Theatre.  

8.  What time does the concert start?  Gates open?

Please visit the event listing for concert start times, doors open approximately 2 hours prior to the start of the concert. 

9.  Can I return concert tickets I won't use? 

No, all ticket purchases are final.

10. How long will it take to get my season pass?  Concert tickets?

Our recommendation is to arrive early to the park on concert days to allow plenty of time to get your Season Pass and concert tickets if concert tickets are still available.

11.  What are parking costs?

12.  What age must have a park and concert ticket?  

Children 2 and under do not require an admission ticket. Children under 2 can sit on the lap of a parent or they must purchase a concert ticket. You can find admission and concert pricing online.

13.  Do I have to have a park ticket to go to the concert?

Concerts take place inside the park and all guests attending the concert must purchase either a daily ticket or Season Pass. 

14.  How do I purchase ADA accessible seats?

ADA accessible seat tickets must be purchased at the Box Office in the Palace Theatre during regularly scheduled park operating hours.
